    Thank you for supporting my art. Each piece is carefully created and unique, so I want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy regarding returns and exchanges:

    • Returns and Exchanges:

      • Original paintings are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

      • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

    • Shipping Damage:

      • All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

      • SAGGOL is not responsible for damage incurred after the painting has been delivered and accepted by the carrier.

    • Prints:

      • If you purchase prints of the artwork, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the print arrived damaged.

    • Custom or Commissioned Work:

      • Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless there is a defect or damage. Please discuss all design details beforehand to ensure your satisfaction.
