  • Shipping & Pick-Up Information

    • Each SAGGOL Art Box ships anywhere in Canada with tracked shipping included.

    • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and usually arrive in 3–7 business days.

    • You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

    • Local pick-up: If you’re nearby, pick up your order at our Vaughan studio for a discounted price of $40 CAD. We’ll email you pick-up details once your order is ready.

  • We want every SAGGOL Art Box to be a joyful experience. If there’s an issue with your order, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

    • Damaged or missing items:

      • If your box or any item inside your box arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at support@saggol.com within 7 days of delivery.

      • We’ll gladly replace the damaged or missing item(s) at no cost to you.

    • Wrong item received:

      • If we accidentally sent the wrong box, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    • Opened boxes: 

      • Because our art boxes include consumable materials (paints, brushes, etc.), we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for boxes that have been opened, partially used, or if you simply change your mind after purchase.

      • If the box is still sealed and unopened, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping). You are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Refunds:

      • Refunds are only issued if:

        • You returned a sealed, unopened box within the allowed time.

        • Your returned "wrong item" has been received back by us.

      • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
